Ready founder, serves as the company’s CEO since its establishment in 2007. In this role, Mrs. Ganot is responsible for the management, execution, and strategic direction of the company. Racheli brings with her 13 years of experience in the semiconductor industry where she led projects in Networking and Communication as well as image processing.
Prior to Rachip, Racheli managed verification projects in companies like: MindSpeed, Verisity, FlexLight and Infineon.
Racheli holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar Ilan University and an EMBA from Kellogg-Recanati.
Yair Regev is the Vice President of Research and Development at Ready Group. He brings more than 25 years of experience in software development in various domains: Telecommunications, Cyber security, AI/ML, SaaS, QA, Verification and IT.
Prior to joining Ready Group, Yair served as VP R&D at several startup companies: Forward.ai a Sales/Marketing AI/ML SaaS company, Brandtotal a Marketing Intelligence/ML SaaS company, JetPatch a IT/Cyber Security company, Cyberproof a Cyber MSSP company. Yair also served in senior management roles at Cisco Systems, the computer networks giant and Allot Communications, an Israeli high-tech company that develops telecommunications systems.
Yair holds a B.A. in Computer Science and an EMBA from Recanati Business School, Tel-Aviv University.
Gali Idan, who has a bachelor’s degree in political science and management, brings with her many years of experience in business development, marketing, and Sales and extensive knowledge working with start-up and international technology companies.
Gali is skilled in Business Development and technology scouting, identifying new business opportunities, new markets, partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets and leverage emerging trends with excellent understanding of the High-Tech industry”
Keren brings over 16 years of managerial experience in the field of operations and human resources. She served as a clinic manager of Clalit HMO, and subsequently as the Director of the Central Area at Meuhedet HMO managing more than 800 people.
Keren served as VP of HR and Operations at Passportogo Ltd., overseeing the company’s workforce and suppliers, operations departments, customer service, and its database.
Keren holds an MBA in Business Administration, specializing in finance, as well as a BA Bachelor of Health Systems Management, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Tali Joined Ready on March 2023, With over 20 years of experience in Hi-Tech, International companies, Public & private ones,
Leading finance teams, in all its aspects, in multinational corporations, Headquarter & Subsidiaries, in Papaya Global, Cadence, Verisity, Orbotech and more
Shira joined Ready in 2012 as a Verification Engineer;
Over the course of her career at Ready, Shira held a variety of technical and leading positions. Since 2021, she has managed the Hardware division.
Shira is experienced in ASIC and FPGA design and verification (Front-End development), and is proficient in Verilog, System Verilog HDL, as well as UVM and eRM Verification methodologies.
Her current role as Division Manager also includes training programs and technical support for the division’s engineers.
Dvora joined Ready in December 2020, she has gained seniority and experience in setting up teams, leading processes and projects, constructing automation infrastructures, building testing strategies, and continuously maintaining a highly professional and skilled team.
Dvora is a specialist in all aspects of quality assurance with ISTQB certification.
She has experience in a wide range of domains, working with both corporate and start-up companies, with a recent focus on the fintech sector.
Dvora’s current role consists of ensuring effective work with clients, managing projects, training, and technical supporting employees, conducting professional forums, enriching knowledge, and keeping up to date with the field tools and current technologies.
Tzipi joined Ready in April 2022 as Human Resources Manager. Tzipi brings extensive experience in customer service, employee training, and project development, and employee relations. In her previous role, Tzipi managed public inquiries in public corporations. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Political Science at Bar Ilan University.
Rachael joined Ready in 2021. Rachael has extensive experience leading global and Local teams, building and collaborating with stakeholders. Rachael is Passionate about building successful business and customer relationships, as well as maintaining long-term partnerships.
Rachael is an expert in representing the interests of all parties, addressing challenges, and driving creative and diverse solutions with growth strategies.
Rachael is Originally from L.A. , holding a Masters degree in Organizational Consulting, specializing in managerial coaching.
Gitit Nagar, joined Ready’s software group in March 2019, which is currently under her management. Gitit gained an engineering degree and is a graduate of a management course. She is an expert in full-stack, web & mobile systems, and has considerable experience in a variety of development languages, server-side and client-side technologies and leading complex development processes and integrations.
Gitit’s current role includes managing teams in the field of software and development. She also implements work methodology according to the client’s needs with technologies and processes such as: CI/CD, Docker, pipelines, GIT, JIRA, etc., as well as having responsibility for direct and ongoing contact with customers and employees.
Batya Vilman has been with Ready’s Validation team since December 2020, which she currently manages.
Batya holds an engineering degree and has ISTQB certification. She is an expert in integrated hardware-software systems, has extensive experience in the field of communications and Ethernet layers. She has been an important partner in R&D procedures – starting from the characterization, planning and writing stages, and up to the maintenance and development of an automation system.
As part of her years of experience, she has worked with development teams in Israel and abroad gaining extensive knowledge in the use of many tools such as: JIRA, TFS, GIT, Rally, HSD.
Batya’s current position consists of management and customer service in the company’s Validation field, team management and project management while simultaneously serving as Scrum Master in the automotive industry field.
In addition, Batya promotes company training and professional skills development for employees and provides training in development languages and work procedures.
